Zhejiang Provincial Highway 42, from Qianchen to Huzhen section in Jinyun County
Recently, the Baoxing Rail Transit UPS power supply successfully protected the reconstruction project of the section from Qianchen to Huzhen of Provincial Highway 42 in Jinyun County, Zhejiang, providing reliable power support for the normal operation of systems such as tunnel power supply, lighting, ventilation, monitoring systems, fire protection systems, and other equipment.
It is reported that the section from Qianchen to Huzhen of Provincial Highway 42 is part of the "five vertical, three horizontal, one ring, and ten connections" planning of the highway network in Jinyun County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. The starting point is located at the north of Shangdong Village in Huzhen Town, Jinyun County, connecting with the end of the ongoing Provincial Highway 42 Pan'an section. The starting design pile number is K33+040, passing through Qianchen, Shuangxikou, Longzhuakeng, Caofen, Shilong, Tangchuan, Shangtian, Shangwang, Kengyan, Yunling, and Xishan, with the endpoint intersecting with Provincial Highway 35, while connecting with the section from Huzhen to Zaozhai of Provincial Highway 42. The endpoint design pile number is K48+825.206, with a total route length of 15.779 km (including 3 broken chains). The project content includes tunnel pipe gallery civil engineering and auxiliary works (drainage, fire protection, ventilation, weak electricity, fire alarm, information monitoring and control). Due to the harsh tunnel environment and poor power supply quality, there are hidden dangers of sudden power outages and disconnections, which can easily lead to damage to power supply facilities and cause serious safety accidents. Therefore, the quality requirements for power supply products are extremely high.
This project adopted the Baoxing Rail Transit UPS power supply solution, successfully solving the power safety issues for tunnel power supply, monitoring systems, lighting, and fire protection facilities through a scientifically reasonable power distribution layout, providing high reliability, high efficiency, high power factor, and high power density, and received high recognition from the client.
