The project covers an area of approximately 166,700 square meters, with a total building area of 254,170 square meters, including an underground building area of 58,140 square meters and an above-ground building area of 196,030 square meters (with a floor area ratio of 133,333 square meters), a floor area ratio of 0.80, a building density of 60%, and a green space rate of 20%. The total investment in the project is approximately 1.3 billion RMB. The main functional buildings consist of a hotel, conference center, foreign-related entertainment center, theater, and water city shopping center.
