Ningxia Yinchuan Waste Incineration Power Plant
Ningxia Yinchuan Waste Incineration Power Plant is an important project for urban household waste treatment and resource recycling. This project is located on the east side of Hengshan East Road, Linhe Town, Lingwu City, Yinchuan City, covering an area of 148.4 acres, constructed in two phases, with a total investment of up to 683.02 million yuan. The project adopts advanced waste incineration power generation technology, equipped with 4 sets of 500 tons/day waste incineration boilers and 3 sets of 12MW steam turbine generators, along with corresponding supporting facilities, capable of processing 2000 tons of waste daily, with an annual processing capacity of 760,000 tons and an annual power generation of 210 million kWh.
It is understood that as of August 2022, the Ningxia Yinchuan Waste Incineration Power Plant has cumulatively processed 4.4104 million tons of household waste and generated 143,339.62 million kWh of electricity since its commissioning. The construction of this project not only effectively handles urban household waste, alleviating environmental pressure, but also achieves the recycling of waste resources, improving resource utilization efficiency, and has significant economic, environmental, and social significance.
However, as a highly automated waste incineration power plant, its DCS automatic control system has very high reliability requirements for power supply. Therefore, the project chose Baoxing Electric UPS as the power supply protection equipment to provide reliable power support for the DCS automatic control system.
