Shouyang Mountain Town in Luolong District, Luoyang City, is a famous scenic area in China, and here, there is a power plant providing electricity supply to local residents. The power plant is a large thermal power plant under the China Datang Corporation, with 4 units and a total installed capacity of 1.04 million kilowatts.
