We exclusively accept PayPal as the secure and convenient payment method. Pay With PayPal When you place an order with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password. Shipping Policy

We prioritize delivering items to our customers as swiftly as possible. The total delivery time comprises the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you.

Your orders will typically be processed within 3-6 days of placement, unless otherwise stated.

Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled before delivery. We will process canceled orders within 48 hours of the customer's request, and refunds will be issued within 3-5 working days.

Return & Exchange:
1. Conditions for return:
- Return period: within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Applicable circumstances for return and exchange: product is damaged during transportation; wrong product received or missing parts.
- Information required for return or exchange: order number, consignee, photo, and video proof of the product and packaging.

2. Return process:
Step 1: Please contact us in advance. We will process the application within 3-5 working days and respond with the processing result.
Step 2: Upon approval of your return or exchange application, you may need to send the product back to us within 5 days (packages without our agreement will be rejected) and provide us with the tracking information.
Step 3 (for exchanges): Upon receiving the product and verifying its condition, we will ship the replacement and provide you with the updated tracking number within 7-15 working days.

3. Shipping fee for return:
- Customer responsibilities: Personal reasons such as dissatisfaction with the products or no longer needing them.
- Website conditions: Product is damaged during transportation; wrong products shipped or missing parts.

Refund:

- Full refund applicable if products are returned in good condition and customers cover the shipping fee.

- After receiving the returned product, we will initiate the refund process, and the funds will be returned to your account within 3-10 working days.
