How to do: The Rack Pull ups



Stand “The Rack” up and you can do pullups. Position your body under the 2 bars and pull yourself up. This exercise works only partial range of motion, because your feet still rest on the floor, you only lift a portion of your body weight. It is fabulous to see the amazing results you can have in a few workout on your back, Simply astounding.
