High Frequency Training, Bench Deload 225 18 Total Reps



Road to 1300, 8 Weeks Out

Originally the plan was to max out today but I’ll be doing that on Thursday night with the team instead. There I will have a good environment and better bench available.

First time benching at my local commercial gym. The bench is not awful and it will do although I’m picky about a few things. The rack rolls back and forth and bounces out when you rack it. Bench is a bit narrow but otherwise all is good.
